Ignite World is a nonprofit organization founded to transform lives through opportunity. We believe education, athletics, and service are the most powerful tools to break cycles of poverty, neglect, and systemic injustice. Our work is focused on creating world-class platforms—schools, sports programs, and content—that help young people become changemakers within their own communities. From inner-city students to global refugees, Ignite World is where potential gets fuel.
Our Founder
Meet Dr. Philip B. McDonald, M.D.
Dr. Philip B. McDonald, M.D., is a nationally recognized radiologist, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. With a career that spans medicine, sports, media, and social impact, Dr. McDonald founded Ignite World as a purpose-driven platform to fuel generational change. He is the founder of Prime Time Radiology, where he provides diagnostics to professional athletes across the NFL, NBA, and beyond.
